The excitement of the Hotel fully re-opening from Monday 17 May (fingers crossed all goes well with the PMs roadmap) means we are currently receiving an extremely high number of enquiries.  The team are working as quickly as they can, but please bear with us.

We are also delighted to announce that we have taken on the services of new Caterers Paul and Anna Harvey who come with over half a century of experience in catering between them.  Paul has a City and Guilds Professional Cookery degree and was trained in classic kitchens around Europe.  Paul has been awarded 3 AA Rosette and six 2 AA Rosettes.  He has also competed in the Top 200 Chefs in the UK on two occasions.  Anna has a background in art and holds a masters degree in Graphic Arts and Teaching but ventured into the kitchen in 2005.  Anna found the industry fascinating and started training as a Pastry Chef using her artistic skills to create high quality bakes and desserts but is also more than capable in cooking.

They are both looking forward to serving up culinary delights for all our guests to enjoy and welcoming everyone to a new dining experience in Bridlington “Harveys Brasserie”.
