When booking a hotel in Bridlington, The Belvedere Hotel and Golf is the perfect place for your coastal holiday or golf break. The Hotel is situated within the grounds of Bridlington Golf Club and is only a short stroll from the highly acclaimed South Beach. Enjoy a stroll south along the miles upon miles of soft golden sand, which stretches as far as the eye can see, or maybe enjoy a stroll along the sea front promenade to the Bridlington Spa, where some of the greatest bands in history have played, from the Rolling Stones to Oasis, to modern greats such as Elbow and Kaiser Chiefs. Alternatively, carry on a few more steps to the Bridlington harbour, which is now heralded as the lobster capital of Europe.
Bridlington has something for everyone. The local RSPB reserve featuring dramatic 300 foot high cliffs to the north of the town where many rare sea birds can be found including the only mainland nesting colony of Gannets. Just inland from Bridlington are the Yorkshire Wolds, made famous by world renowned artist David Hockney, who until recently lived in the town. Explore the country lanes, bridleways and walks made famous by the artist, discover picturesque villages and hamlets many with hostelries serving locally produced food and beers. Visit the stately homes of Castle Howard (37miles), Burton Agnes Hall (6 miles), Flamborough Head Lighthouse (6miles) and Sewerby Hall (3miles).
If you are feeling energetic The Way of the Roses cycle route awaits. This cycle challenge of over 170 miles, starts/ends in Bridlington and goes all the way across the country to Morecambe. Our group liked all of our stay, from the pleasant reception staff and golf pro as well as the catering and bar staff. The golf course was in good condition for this time of year although the signage could have been clearer to some of the holes. This may have been due to the more shortened winter tees but his didn’t spoil our overall enjoyment of the golf and we would certainly come again in the summer.
We go on lots of golf breaks, usually to larger hotels with all the usual facilities and obviously pay more for those. The Belvedere golf break was excellent value for money and met all our needs for a 1night golf break.

The 30 x Golfers on the trip had such a brilliant time and with the welcoming hospitality from all your staff gave us all a memorable weekend both on and off the golf course. We really couldn’t have wished for better accommodation and wonderful Food which the Belvedere provides and all in all at the price we paid was unbelievable value for money.
